Any payment made towards prepaid electricity recharge or top-up through this portal is strictly non-refundable.
Users are advised to verify the consumer number, meter details, and recharge amount carefully before proceeding with any transaction.
Once a recharge transaction has been successfully completed and credited to the consumer account, cancellation of the recharge request will not be permitted.
Any cancellation and/or amendment of confirmed recharge value shall be subject to the applicable rules, regulations, and approval of the concerned Garrison Engineer (South) Tezpur office.
In exceptional cases where a refund is approved by the competent authority, the refund shall be processed only after verification of the transaction details and supporting documents.
Any applicable bank charges, payment gateway charges, or transaction processing fees shall be deducted from the refund amount.
